We’ll get your order ready to ship quicker than Amyl and the Sniffers can play a 2-minute punk anthem. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Options

Choose the shipping speed that matches your vibe:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx – arrives in 10-15 business days after shipping
  • Free Shipping: On orders over $50 via EMS – arrives in 15-25 business days after shipping

Note: We ship worldwide, but currently can’t deliver to some parts of Asia and remote areas (sorry!). Shipping times may vary based on your location and customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges

The Basics

  • Timeframe: 15 days from delivery date
  • Condition: Items must be unworn/unused with original tags and packaging
  • Return shipping: Customer’s responsibility (we’ll cover exchange shipping)

    • Your order number
    • Photos of the item(s)
    • Reason for return
  2. Get approved: We’ll respond faster than A2B2 changes guitar strings (usually within 24 hours)
  3. Pack it up: Include all original packaging and tags
  4. Ship it back: Send to our Tampa HQ with tracking:

Exchange Process

Want to swap that And So I Watch You From Afar hoodie for a different size? Just note in your return email that you’d like an exchange. We’ll cover the shipping for your replacement item (continental US only).

Refund Details

Once we receive and approve your return:

  • Timing: 3-5 business days for processing
  • Method: Original payment method (PayPal, credit card, etc.)
  • Deductions: Original shipping costs are non-refundable
